Single-key shortcuts (N and the digits) don’t fire while you’re typing in a field or while a dialog is open (editor, detail, search and so on). The demo is read-only, so N does nothing there.
Search finds subscriptions and pages, and also offers New subscription. Subscriptions match on name, category, tags, payment method, region, notes and who you pay for; with several words, all of them must match. Ended subscriptions are listed last, and up to 8 are shown.
