Share images
Export a year in review or a single subscription as an image, choosing a style and hiding amounts before sharing.
Calends can turn your numbers into images you copy straight into a chat or download as PNG. There are two kinds: the year in review, and one for a single subscription.
Both have a Show amounts switch. Turn it off and the image shows no amounts at all — it uses shares, durations and counts instead of simply blurring numbers.
The name on the year-in-review image comes from Settings → General → Name, falling back to “Me” when empty. Share images currently do not use the custom avatar.
- Open the year-in-review share action in Reports, or click Share on a subscription.
- Choose a style, turn off Show amounts if needed, and review the preview.
- Click Copy image to paste it into a chat, or Download image to save a PNG.
Year in review
Section titled “Year in review”Click Share {year} in review on the Reports page. If your ledger spans several years, switch the year at the top (the last 4).

| Receipt | A shop-style receipt: one line per subscription with share and amount, the total at the bottom, and how many currencies you used. |
| Card | Total and per day, the longest-running subscription, the most expensive month, new / cancelled, savings from cancelling, currencies used, and your current monthly spend. |
| Stars | One bubble per subscription; the bigger, the more it cost that year. |
Each image picks a one-line takeaway, such as one subscription’s share of the year, how many years a subscription has been with you, the busiest month, or how much cancelling has saved this year.
The current year counts up to today; past years count in full. The formulas are in Report metrics.
A single subscription

Copy and download
Section titled “Copy and download”- Copy image: copies it to the clipboard to paste anywhere. If the browser doesn’t allow it, you’ll be asked to download instead.
- Download image: saves a PNG.
Subscription icons are fetched once through your own server before being drawn (https images only, up to 1 MB), so cross-origin images don’t break the picture.
